To the kids that eat lunch by themselves,
Hi, how's your day going? I know you feel as if no one knows you or cares about you, but I do. Sometimes we're just too wrapped up in other things to even acknowledge you. I care about you and dont mind having conversations with you, sometimes we just don't think about it, so help me remember, come talk to me, or anyone. I don't necessarily know what's going on in your life but I do know it must be hard. I'm sorry for the way your lunch time is and I want to change that but it doesn't just happen, it's a process so why don't we start it off?

Whenever you're feeling lonely go find someone to talk to, make a new friend. Okay sure sometimes it's difficult to start a conversation but let them know your intentions, let them know you want to get to know them, and possibly become friends. And soon enough if you do that, you're going to make friends, and you know what that means, it means you won't be by yourself at lunch time. And dont worry ill make an effort too because it shouldn't just be you.

But at the same time, sitting by yourself isn't a bad thing. www.Forbes.com actually says that having alone time helps build mental strength. So by all means if you want to sit by yourself that's fine but if you want a friend, talk to someone.
