Dear Fellow Americans,

Yes, it was me. After 8 years of volunteering with the Red Cross in Puerto Rico (Aguadilla) and at the Miami ARC blood bank, I could not stand by and let thousands of people die. The Director, Dr. Bruce Lenes, had lied to me and other volunteers about the blood imported from Central America and the Caribbean being tested for HIV when in fact, it was only being tested for Hepatitis, the most common blood-borne disease.

I was the one who spent 48 hours faxing anonymous warnings to all 800 Florida surgeons, the FDA, and CBS news. I was the one who told FDA Director David Kessler's staff where to look and what questions to ask Dr. Lenes. The whole story is just one of 15 crimes I reported and wrote about in my book that the FBI seized at gunpoint without a warrant. You can read about it in detail here: https://www.scribd.com/document/337599433/Chapter-8F-Bad-Blood

And yes, I did, and still do consider it a genuine "real crime" when people knowingly distribute contaminated blood they know for sure will kill and maim others at random, even if the infection rate was only 1-2% at the time I sounded the alarm. It is even more sinister when they committed this crime to save money, not because of oversight and/or negligence. The American Red Cross does not donate the blood they obtain for free from Good Samaritan donors. THEY SELL IT to hospitals for roughly $300 a pint (orperhaps even more these days).

On any given day, the American Red Cross earns over $2 million on blood sales and at one point had a net profit greater than the $1.2 Billion earned by General Motors. However, unlike General Motors, they do not have to pay income taxes because they are a 501C Non-Profit corporation - an NGO. So there was no doubt that they could have easily afforded the $6 AIDS test per pint of blood. Is there any human life not worth $6?

Each pint of blood we donate, is used to save 3 lives because the blood we donate is broken down and sold as three different products; 1) Red blood cells, 2) Platelets, and 3) Plasma. https://www.redcrossblood.org/donate-blood/how-to-donate/types-of-blood-.... So, conversely, one pint of HIV contaminated blood can kill 3 victims as well. So, no I do not regret that my actions caused the FDA to shut down three American Red Cross Blood Banks, or caused them to be sued for millions. Why? Because today, the ARC will be far more careful not to make the same reckless mistake again, nor display the cavalier attitude of Dr. Lenes in the future.

Only Meredith Viera at 60 Minutes knew it was me, until now. I am coming forth today only with hopes that I might inspire and motivate others to blow the whistle when they see crimes of greed and corruption in progress, even if they do it anonymously. Yes, the FBI hunted the "mystery faxer" for 2 years for the tainted blood fiasco. I still believe that warning people about being randomly posioned by an unsuspecting hospital providing blood transfusions is not a crime that warrants FBI investigation.

But after I reported more serious crimes involving U.S. government officials and/or their relatives, the FBI hunted, harassed, and persecuted me for more than a decade for 12 other crimess with a vengeance, especially because one of their own corrupt agents was smuggling $10 million of cocaine every month into Canada, and then across the border into Montana and upstate New York and Vermont. That story is also in my book here at https://www.scribd.com/lists/17980642/Bruce-Gorcyca-Seized-Book-Manuscripts.

Eventually the RCMP caught and arrested corrupt FBI aget Terry Nelson, and the smuggling stopped - for three months, and then resumed again for another 20+ years, with the support and sponsorship of the Bush family (Despite massive protests from honest DEA agents like Mike Levine and even DEA Directors Bonner and John Lawn). See Chapter 47 of my book and http://meetthecriminaljebbush.wordpress.com for details.

I want all of you who are reading this to know, that with all the corruption flooding our nation today, from officials and politicians from both sides of the political fence, ONE ORDINARY PERSON CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE, and I am talking about YOU. In my mind, I think every citizen counts. You and I have a choice... We can choose to do something (even anonymously) and become part of the solution, or do nothing, and remain part of the problem. DO NOT COUNT ON POLITICIANS TO DO YOUR DUTY AS A CITIZEN.

If you take an hour to read the Federalist Papers you will see our forefathers counted on citizens to be "vigilant wtachdogs" over our elected leaders. www.citizensource.com/History/18thCen/Federalist/FederalistPapers.htm. Thomas Jefferson, Ben Franklin, James Madison, and Alexander Hamilton all agreed "Silence of the people invites tyranny". Considering our current state of affairs in America today, can you really disagree? YOU need to take action, as I and many others do everyday. Find a cause you believe in with a passion and become an activist, openly or anonymously by using a free VPN like Windscribe.

Maybe your action won't be a life or death situation as in the 1,200+ pints of contaminated blood products that were confiscated and destroyed from the Red Cross (saving over 3,600 lives), but any injustice or misery you can stop or prevent will make a big difference in the lives of victims, and their families. Please make an effort to make the world a better place. Thank you!

P.S. If you think you have a right to read any book you want in America, read this here https://www.legaljunkies.com/showthread.php?t=89128 and please speak out in protest and demand FREEDOOM OF SPEECH be restored in America. I spent three years behind bars and ten years abroad in exile so stories like this one could be shared with you and others.
